Going to Ibiza is always fun, god knows we’ve done it enough times at this stage, and every time you go, you learn a little bit more about the island and how you like to spend your time there. As we’ve previously said, not a whole lot of people seem to know about Fred’s Finca, although maybe we’re shooting ourselves in the foot by sharing this with you all. But you know what? It’s too good to keep to ourselves so we’ll just go ahead and let you all know anyway. It really is a hidden gem, which means you won’t get overcrowding or hordes of teenagers taking over the pool and making a huge racket every night. If that’s what you want, go somewhere else, but if you’re looking for somewhere to enjoy your downtime in peace and relax while you’re not in the clubs, Fred’s is the perfect place for you.
Location
Salinas is a really well-placed part of the island for people who want to be close to the action but still a little bit out of the way. It’s super close to the airport so you can literally be checked into your room within thirty minutes of stepping off your flight. You’re also just up the road from Ibiza Town and Playa d’en Bossa so trips to the clubs won’t cost you an arm and a leg in taxi fares, especially if you want to visit DC-10, which is pretty much on the same road as Fred’s Finca.
Natural Beauty
If you’re not familiar with Salinas, you won’t be aware that it’s a nature reserve. So, instead of being surrounded by high rise hotels and loud bars, you’ll be surrounded by nature. This doesn’t mean you’ll be left with nowhere to go and nothing to do, you’ll still find bars, restaurants and shops, but just not to the extent as you’ll find them in the more densely populated areas. The salt fields in Salinas are also home to Ibiza’s flamingos, and plenty of other wildlife, so if you’re lucky you might even catch a glimpse of them.
Health and Wellness
While most of the island is aimed towards people coming for a week or two of nonstop partying, Fred’s is definitely operating at a different pace and is more about recharging the batteries and having a place to find your zen. While you’re there, you’ll have the option of taking part in a number of daily activities including yoga, meditation and fitness training.

In Fred’s Finca you’ll find everything you need to thoroughly enjoy your time in Ibiza. All of the accommodation comes in the shape of self-contained suites where you will be more than comfortable. With so many places in Ibiza charging disproportionate prices for alcohol, it’s always nice to be able to enjoy some drinks without feeling like you’re getting ripped off. There’s also an equally well-priced menu, where you’ll be able to order something healthy, tasty and affordable from the comfort of your sunlounger.

It just puts your mind at ease, especially in the extremely rare case that something may go wrong with your digs.
