With April now only a matter of days away, it’s fair to say the Ibiza wheels are well and truly in motion. The Airport is getting busy, the worker’s accommodation is filling up, tanning salons the length and breadth of the UK are fully booked and clubs are making announcements left, right and center. We’ll be the first to say that this summer is shaping up really nicely and we’re as excited as ever for things to properly kick off.
Today’s big announcement comes from Hï Ibiza who have just confirmed that Afterlife will be returning to Playa d’en Bossa for the third season. So many brands come and go in one season, with others returning falling at the second hurdle so making it back to the most hostile and competitive clubbing environment in the world is a real achievement so hats off to Afterlife for making it this far.
So far, all we have confirmed is that they will be back on Thursday nights, kicking things off on 27 June and running all the way through until 2 October. That’s fifteen weeks of quality melodic techno and deep electronic vibes for you to get your groove on to.
As always, Tale of Us will be heading up these events and, although no lineups have been confirmed, we’re fully expecting them to be joined by some of the best selectors in the industry. Last year they were joined by the likes of Mano Le Tough, Maceo Plex, Mind Against, Nina Kraviz, Dixon, KiNK and Stefan Bodzin so we’d be happy enough with a little bit more of the same.
