Chilean superstar Ricardo Villalobos, has been added to the #SaveOurCulture fabric fundraiser at London’s Village Underground, this Sunday October 16. The versatile DJ/producer enjoyed another successful season on the island this year with a series of gigs at Amnesia’s Cocoon, while also book-ending the clubs season by playing the opening and closing parties. He also made a special guest appearance at the Zoo project, which Ibiza Club News was lucky enough to be at. 

The fundraiser is part of a triumvirate of gigs to raise money for fabric’s appeal. Others taking part over the three nights include Ibiza favourites Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler, Nina Kraviz and Alan Fitzpatrick. The club was forced to close its doors indefinitely in early September following a decision by Islington town council and the London metropolitan Police and has been met with resistance from most everyone in the clubbing scene.

Craig Richards, the fabric resident who also played a number of shows in DC-10 this season has also been added to the bill which includes Joy Orbison and Job Jobse, who will play b2b2b with an as yet unannounced special guest, as well as Nicolas Lutz.
