It’s no secret that Carl Cox will moving on to more relaxed pastures after the season is finished, but before he rides off into the sunset Coxy will be bringing his 15 year ‘Music is the Revolution’ residency to a finale next Tuesday 20.

To mark the occasion the Ibiza icon is planning to go old-school on the night, by spinning some of his impressive collection of over 150,000 records. The last time Coxy is said to have played a vinyl set was ten years ago, so ravers heading along on Tuesday are in for a treat, expect to hear some old tracks you may have never heard before folks as the man himself says;

“I wanted to take things back and pay homage to all those years at Space spinning records. I want to show respect to those older tunes, dig out some of my old vinyl and play them alongside new tunes. A lot of the crowd probably won’t have even heard them before, so it’s a way of showing the music is still relevant. I thought it was a fitting way to say goodbye. I also want people to know I can still DJ with vinyl and make the house rock. This music has been my life and I want to share it one last time at Space.”

Coxy will play all night long and be joined by tINI, Nic Fanciulli and DJ Sneak there will also be plenty more going on in the various rooms spread throughout the club. The veteran DJ will also be playing the Space closing party on October 2 if you can’t make this.
