Well, it’s official, Ibiza just got a little bit more mysterious after it was confirmed that Claptone will be bringing his The Masquerade parties to Pacha this summer.

We’ve been expecting something big from Claptone for a while now, he is one of the most in demand performing artists in the industry and he’s enjoyed various successful residencies with some of the island’s other brands so it was always only a matter of time before he got his own parties in one of the island’s top clubs.

So, what do we know so? Well, honestly, not a whole lot. The news of The Masquerade parties was broken late last week in true Claptone style, with two videos appearing on social media. The first, a news report style video showing a large Claptone mask washed up on an Ibiza beach and the second, showing the man himself dancing with the spectacular Es Vedra in the background, more than enough of a tease to get us all suitably excited for what’s to come this summer.

The parties will kick off on Monday 27 May and run all the way to Monday 30 September for a full-on eighteen weeks of madness and mystery in the Ibiza Town club. As of yet, we do not know who will be joining Claptone at any of these parties but you can be pretty sure that you’ll be instore for a night full of the freshest electronic music the island has to offer.
