Cocoon continues it’s mission to ‘define the dancefloor’ with its 2016 grand closing party this Monday October 3. Sven Vath’s opus celebrated its twentieth anniversary this year and has now been running on the island for an incredible 17 years. A host of techno titans have already passed through the doors of this years incarnation, at Ibiza’s historic Amnesia.
Dixon, Mano Le Tough, Roman Flügel, DJ Koze, tINI, Luciano and Joris Voorn are just a few of the quality acts that have entertained loyal techno fanatics over the course of this seasons 19 week epic.
The closing will be equally as enjoyable with Ilario Alicante, Nina Kraviz and Swedish sensation and Drumcode boss Adam Beyer in the main room, while over in the Terrace – Henrik Schwarz will play a live set, adding to some of the live sets already this year from the likes of Âme and Kink, Sonja Moonear and of course Cocoon godfather the legendary Sven Väth will be there to blow you away.
The grand closing starts at 11pm and will continue into the early hours of Tuesday morning promising to create an experience that will have you coming back for more next season.
