Ibiza can be notoriously expensive. From the flights to hotels, tickets to booze and other substances legal or otherwise taken to sustain yourself while on the white isle, your pockets can be turned inside out before you know it. But don’t despair we here at ICN have taken a look at some of the ways to get to the island into Space and back for one of the last parties in the club, Space On Sunday/Do Not Sleep on the 25 of this month for under £88!

To begin, you’re going to have to get there, flying is probably best. There are no cheap flights from London on the Sunday, but if you don’t mind a few extra hours in paradise, you can head off the previous evening arriving between 1 -2 in the morning for £23. This will require a brief stay in a hostel though unless of course you’re a trooper and think you can handle a full on session, in that case head straight to the west end and then a beach until it’s time for your boat party or disco bus to Space where Darius Syrossian, Anja Schneider, Ida Engberg will be banging out the tracks, this is no mean feat and not for the faint hearted among you.

There are cheap flights from Manchester on the Sunday at just over £30 from Jet2.com they’re a steal. There is a choice of 3 flights arriving at either 11:10am, 11:45am or 20:00pm. Trains from Liverpool only take about 45 mins and come in at around £3-4, buses are about a quid cheaper.

Next, get your ticket, entry before 10pm is only 20 quid, which is one of the cheapest club tickets you’ll get for anywhere on the island. If you arrive the day before, head to San An hit up one of the stores for cheap drink and make your way towards Mambo’s for a few beers while watching the spectacular sunset.

After watching some quality music make your way to the bus station and catch the discobus, it’s only 3 euro so it won’t break the bank too much. However, if you’ve taken the Sunday flights from Manchester it’s probably not worth your while heading to San An so just head straight for Bossa, catch the sunset there and hit up a few of the many bars before you enter Space.

Cheap flights back are hard to come by, especially the following day, but if you don’t mind spending a few more days getting wrecked or taking it easy, whichever you prefer there are some cheap options on Wednesday 28/Thursday 29, this will cost you on hostel fees, unless you couch surf or stay with a mate, then a bottle of vodka as payment will more than suffice, these can be found for about 7 euro in the big supermarkets.

Finally, fly to Barcelona you’ll arrive there at 22:30 at a cost of 14 quid! Spend a few hours kipping in the airport and head back to London the next morning at 06:20 for 24 quid, from there you can make your way to your home destination by train, bus or if you’re really lucky that sound mate will give you a lift.
