Here in Ibiza Club News towers, winters can be long and arduous, we’re constantly counting down the days, weeks and months until the summer season kicks off. It can be tough on the soul so we’ve come up with a system to help get us through these cold and dark nights. This system has one main rule and that is; we don’t get excited about the summer until after the Miami Winter Music Conference.
You’d genuinely be surprised by the amount of intern’s lives this one simple rule has saved over the years. It’s the first thing we teach them when we hire them and it will continue to be at the forefront of our company modus operandi for the foreseeable future, so we’re sure you can imagine just how worked up we get every year when the Winter Music Conference comes rolling around.
Naturally, we’re all on the verge of hysterics with major pieces of news breaking about the Winter Music Conference on a near daily basis, so to save ourselves from passing out with anticipation, we’ve decide to write a short article about three of the Ibiza related highlights for any of you planning on visiting this year’s conference.
First up we’ve got the Do Not Sleep Pool Party which will take place on Wednesday 27 March at the Kimpton Epic Hotel. As always, Do Not Sleep will be bringing a massive lineup to their pool party with the likes of Darius Syrossian, Steve Lawler, Carl Craig, Luigi Madonna
The very next day, that’s Thursday 28 March, in the exact same location, Kimpton Epic Hotel, we’ve got Defected Miami. If anyone knows how to throw a party, it’s the guys at Defected and with a line up featuring Kenny Dope, Sam Divine, Riva Star, Monki and a whole lot more, it’s sure to be a party not to be missed. Running from 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, it’s the perfect way to spend a day.
Lastly, our friends over at Game Over will also be bringing one of their epic parties stateside as they take over the one and only Trade nightclub on the night of Thursday 28 March. No lineup has been announced for these parties but looking at what these guys have been involved with in Ibiza recently, predominantly the Pure Carl Cox parties, we’re sure they will be sufficiently epic. If you’re looking for something to do after Defected, this could be your number one option.
