Villa Tegul is set on 45,000 meters of land and is entered via an electric gate and at the end of a picturesque drive with ample parking space for numerous cars. The accommodation itself is split across two buildings, the main house and the annex and easily sleeps up to twelve people.
Upon entering the main house you will be greeted by a comfortable modern living area with patio doors that open onto a terrace which overlooks the beautiful garden. As well as a kitchen with all mod cons to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and dining area, the house consists of three ensuite bedrooms, one master double and two twin.
Outside of the main house you will find a beautiful large swimming pool with plenty of space and sunbeds for you to soak up the sun. There is also an outdoor kitchen,with build in bbq, an outside dining area and a modern outdoor toilet and shower. The grounds are completely surrounded by a metal fence, with the entire are secure and safe for children to play and explore.
The annex is located directly across the pool from the main house and consists of two modern bedrooms, one double one twin, and a shared bathroom. Villa Tegul’s location and tasteful finish make it the perfect location for a family or group of friends to enjoy a peaceful time in Ibiza while still being close to all the action.
