Sankey’s Ibiza will hold a special party this Wednesday October 5, to raise much needed funds in support of legendary London club, fabric, which was recently told to shut its doors indefinitely. This event is the first of its kind on the island supporting the #saveourculture campaign.

Dance 88/89, a throwback night celebrating those magical years when British nightlife transformed into peaceful and hedonistic times – following years of fighting and hooliganism was created by Sankeys owner, David Vincent. This special version of the event, with a confirmed line up consisting of Alfredo, Bushwacka, Grooverider and Matt Jam Lamont will help raise funds and financially support the legal battle that began with the goal of reopening the doors of the legendary club.

As Vincent himself says: “We need to save Fabric London for the sake of our acid house legacy and to protect our culture. This was the reason why we fought the authorities back in 1988/1989, just so we could dance and I feel Sankeys Ibiza and Dance 88/89 will present a party in aid of Fabric London’s fight. We have built a legendary line up together for this special occasion. Aciieed.”

The party starts at midnight and with tickets a moderately priced €39, head on down for a night of acid-house solidarity, fun for a good cause.
