by | Jul 28, 2017 | Evergreen | 0 comments

If you pay attention to the tabloids across the UK and beyond you’ll see a whole range of articles that claim that there is a “new Ibiza” on the horizon. These articles seem to pop up on a daily basis claiming that places like Mykonos and the Algarve in Portugal are “dance music’s new Ibiza”. Well, no more we say! Nowhere can ever steal Ibiza’s crown and here’s why!

The Sunset

We don’t care what anyone says there’s no sunset like an Ibiza sunset! Looking out at the magical Es Vedrà while the sun dips over the horizon! You can’t get that anywhere else in the world!

The History

Ibiza’s rich clubbing history is tied in closely with the arrival of the hippy movement in the 70’s. Free spirits came to the island in search of a lifestyle that promoted peace, love, unity and respect. The hippy influence can still be seen on the island today with many of the island’s inhabitance still living the hippy life!

DJs the world over aspire to play in the clubs of Ibiza. From the terrace of Amnesia to the basement of Sankeys it’s the pinnacle of anyone’s DJ career. That’s why you have incredible artists holding down insane residencies like Carl Cox, Sven Väth, Darius Syrossian and Marco Carola. There’s no location on the planet that can boast the musical talent that Ibiza has.
